Control Jig for the Krysalid® Stericover™. The mass production processes of sheet-metal parts require continuous metrological checks in order to avoid any dimensional deviations. The CNC machine operator performs the entire sequence of operations from the flat sheet to the finished part. Systematic production metrological control is a tedious but essential task and can have costly consequences in the event of errors. The control jig is an elegant and easy-to-use solution that allows the operator to validate the conformity of a part by carrying out two positioning of the part. At the end of the sequence, the part is validated and production can continue with confidence.
