COMBYCOVER™ CONTROL JIG

Control Jig for the Krysalid® Combycover™. The mass production process of injected plastic parts requires continuous checks in order to avoid any dimensional deviations. For obvious economic reasons, the line operators are in charge of the monitoring of several equipments which carry out the production of various parts. In these circumstances, production metrological control can quickly become a headache with costly consequences in the event of errors. The control jig is an elegant and easy-to-use solution that allows the operator to validate the conformity of parts by carrying out four positioning of the part. At the end of the sequence, the part is validated and production can continue with confidence.
